Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the resort. On one hand, it was great to be close to the bioluminescent lagoon, and the kids loved the pool with the waterslide. However, I felt that the service could have been much better, and the quality of the food didn't really meet my expectations. The accommodations were comfortable enough for a short stay, but some aspects, like the cold showers, were slightly disappointing.
I had a fantastic time at this resort! The dive shop was right next to the rooms, which was super convenient for our diving adventures. The dining experience was a highlight with fantastic food at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the overall experience enjoyable. However, managing expectations about the amenities is key, as the rooms could use some modern updates, and there’s no hot water on the island.
Our stay started off rocky but improved over time. While the beach was absolutely stunning, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. The rooms weren’t very clean, and the dining options were limited and sometimes disappointing. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but the beautiful surroundings made it worth the trip.
Cocoliso has potential with its beautiful views and pool area, but it feels quite outdated and lacks consistent service. The food was good, and the pool was enjoyable, but I found the overall experience lacking, especially with the high costs for extras and a less-than-inviting beach area. I appreciated the hospitality of a staff member named Jesus who made my stay more bearable, but there are clearly better options on the island.
This hotel is a decent choice for a short stay on Las Islas del Rosario, especially given the affordable price and good food. The atmosphere is nice, with a lovely pool and a sea pool that I definitely enjoyed. However, the amenities feel a bit dated, and while I appreciated the diving course offered, the rooms could use some updates for comfort.
